For Term 2 Storytime we are excited to present the book “The Day Lucy and Leo are Tele-sported” by the Digital Child, written by Liesel Winkler & Kim Maslin. Illustrated by Phoebe Zeng.
Lucy and Leo, soccer-loving neighbours, are transported from their favourite video game onto a real soccer field, where they must learn to work together in real time to get home. This lively Storytime adventure celebrates teamwork, friendship, and the fun of playing beyond screens, designed to spark imagination and healthy digital habits in children aged 4–12.
Teacher and parent resources will be sent 72 hours prior to the event to help you extend the learning beyond the story.
