Goodbye to Digital Licence+ and Media… | Alannah & Madeline Foundation Skip to main content

At the end of Term 2, two of our eSmart platforms are being replaced with new resources. eSmart Digital Licence+ and Media Literacy Lab will be replaced by the resources on be.esmart.org.au, which is currently live, and the soon-to-be-launched Digital Health Check.

We are very excited about these new offerings, which continue eSmart’s mission of supporting children’s online safety and digital literacy with new content that is updated regularly. But the change does mean that you have a limited time to complete the modules on the outgoing platforms and save any data or resources you want to keep before they go offline.

Once Digital Licence+ becomes inactive, you will no longer be able to access any of the Coordinator, Educator or Student dashboards.

So, if there is information you want to retrieve from them, now is the time to log on and do so.

This might be:

Downloading student pledge for any module completed

Do this via the ‘Class Report’ button.

Screenshot any individual student reports

Do this via the ‘View Report’ option in the ‘Action’ tab of a student’s licence information.

Do this by accessing the ‘Class Report’ button

Download a class sheet

Do this via the ‘Print Class Sheet’ button.

Download any of the additional resources from the DL+ Resources tab

This includes, for each module:

  • Classroom Connection – accompanying lesson plans to build on DL+ learning outcomes
  • Tech’gether activity – to continue the learning at home
  • Professional Reading – to build your own understanding and development

Make sure you do this by the final day of Term 2 – once the platform is offline, you will be unable to retrieve your data.
