Thank you for visiting the home of the former National Centre Against Bullying (NCAB).

An initiative of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, the NCAB was established in 2002 and was active until 2023. It was designed as a peak body to advise and inform the Australian community on the issue of childhood bullying and the creation of safe schools and communities.

For over 20 years, the NCAB played an important role in advocating on behalf of children and young people and upholding their right to be free from violence. It comprised volunteer experts and associate members who worked closely with school communities, government and industry.

While the NCAB is no longer active, its core mission to keep children safe from bullying continues through the work of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation and Dolly’s Dream.

Dolly’s Dream exists to empower and educate our community to prevent bullying and cyber bullying. Resources include a parent hub and a free support line for parents and children and young people experiencing bullying, which is open 24/7.

eSmart, an initiative of the Alannah and Madeline Foundation, is Australia’s trusted provider of online-safety education. Over the last 15 years, eSmart has helped thousands of children develop the skills to be safe, smart and responsible when navigating the digital world.
