Caitlin Figueiredo is a proud Goan woman and Canberra-based strategic leader with over a decade of experience driving reform across government, civil society, and international organisations. A Senior Manager at Parbery Consulting, she brings deep expertise in governance, collaboration, and program design.

Caitlin has proudly served as an Ambassador of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation since 2016. Her leadership and impact have been recognised globally through honours including Forbes 30 Under 30, the Queen’s Young Leader Award, the Obama White House Global Changemaker for Gender Equality, and 2024 ACT Young Australian of the Year.
