Andrew is a highly respected public-sector leader with a distinguished career shaped by decades of service to Australia. Born and raised in Toowoomba, Queensland, he has held senior Executive and Secretary (CEO) roles across the Australian Public Service, including 12 years leading three Commonwealth departments. His tenure saw him appointed or reappointed by five Prime Ministers and work directly with 15 portfolio ministers, reflecting his deep expertise in government stewardship and reform.

Caitlin Figueiredo is a proud Goan woman and Canberra-based strategic leader with over a decade of experience driving reform across government, civil society, and international organisations. A Senior Manager at Parbery Consulting, she brings deep expertise in governance, collaboration, and program design.

Janelle Hopkins is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years’ experience holding senior roles across REA Group, Australia Post and National Australia Bank. Janelle is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Jane is an innovative social-change leader with over two decades of experience addressing complex social challenges across Australia. Her career spans CEO, Executive and Board roles, with a strong focus on children and families, women’s economic participation, education, homelessness and youth initiatives. Jane has been a driving force in mobilising government, business, philanthropy and the for-benefit sector to tackle inequity through collaborative action.

An experienced non-executive Director, expert advisor, mentor, and coach with over 25 years’ experience as a Principal at Kincoppal-Rose Bay School, Sydney and Catherine McAuley Westmead.

The former CEO and Managing Director of Aurora Energy and current Advisory Board Member of Menzies Institute of Medical Research – UTAS, Rebecca has been a Board Member with the Foundation since 2018.

Louka Parry is an education futurist, learning strategist and social entrepreneur working globally to support leaders and educators to create thriving learning environments. Louka is CEO and Founder of The Learning Future, an organisation that supports schools, systems and companies to thrive in tomorrow's world, and a Founding Executive of the non-profit Karanga: The Global Alliance for Social Emotional Learning and Life Skills.

Mat is currently the Chief of Staff to Leader of the Opposition in Tasmania. Mat is a qualified social worker with postgraduate credentials in Community Sector Management, Mat is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an experienced board chair. He believes every child deserves access to the education, care, and support they need to reach their full potential.

David is the CEO of Infoxchange, a not-for-profit social enterprise with the vision of ‘technology for social justice’. He is passionate about creating a more digitally inclusive society and the role technology can play in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the not-for-profit sector

Greg has been a board member since 2005 and Chaired the Foundation from 2017 to 2026. A co-founder and director at ByMany, a leadership development, consulting and technology company that brings together the practices of disruptive strategy and culture change, Greg is a business strategist, marketer, and creator with 25 years of experience in strategy, brand, innovation and new business creation.

Russell is a pioneer in multimedia and the Internet industries. He has a science degree and studied law at the University of Melbourne. IBM gave him a sound knowledge of computer technology, management and marketing.

Ryan has nearly 20 years’ experience across numerous senior political and communications roles, including as Chief of Staff to former Opposition Leader Bill Shorten, Senior Press Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister/Treasurer, and Press Secretary to a range of state and federal ministers.
